ADG Architects has been commissioned to design and oversee the construction of a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) block in Birmingham city centre, from Stage 0 through Stage 3+. The project features a striking brick-clad monolithic structure with 184 no. bedrooms, a gym, a well-being centre, a café, and rooftop gardens. The design also includes extensive external landscaping to enrich the student experience. The development aims to enhance the quality of student living in the area and support the growing demand for student accommodation in Birmingham.
